17 Year Locust/Ciceda Hatch

I recall as a kid being on Raystown Lake with my dad during the hatch. We had a blast. According to the chart, it is this spring in central PA. Does anyone know anything about it? I will admit complete ignorance.

Dry fly fishing for carp can be amazing if you hit the hatch right! Any help would be appreciated.
