This is an awesome video. It may seem like it's basic stuff, but I think 90% of the casting issues I see (in myself and others) come from messing up these basic principles.

Great video. The "elbow on a shelf" was what I needed to see to correct a lot of my casting issues. Thanks for the post!

Thanks for the addition. The video was great. I have a tendancy to swivel my wrist and the elbow thing is a great thing to think about when my casting isn't doing what I want it to.
