Ruffed grouse an ringneck pheasant feathers for trade

I have a bit of pheasant feathers still left over from a trip to south Dakota last fall. More then I will ever need. Most feathers from the chest and backs. Excuse me for not knowing the correct names. I think I may have a few tail feature from the pheasant also. I also have both wings and chest feathers from a female ruffed grouse takin earlier this year. Not looking to sell these feathers I would rather trade them, not just for other tying material. Interesting trades considered.

Grouse wings are gone. I still have alot of grouse feathers and pheasant left. My laptop is down right now, so if you would like to see pictures of what I got I can picture message them to you via phone. Going on another grouse hunt in two weeks an if luck falls on me I should have somemore feathers. I will update this thread.

From the Game and Wildlife code:

Sec. 2312. Buying and selling game.
(a) General rule.--Unless otherwise provided, it is unlawful for any person to buy, sell or barter, or aid, abet, assist or conspire to buy, sell or barter, or offer for sale or barter, or have in possession or transport for sale or barter, any game or the edible parts of game or any protected bird or animal or parts of any protected bird or animal.
(b) Imported game.--It is unlawful for any person to sell or barter, or offer for sale or barter, any game or wildlife protected by this title imported, either dead or alive, from another state or nation unless there is attached to the carton containing the game or wildlife or to the individual carcasses a tag identifying the game or wildlife in English and giving the state or nation from which originally shipped.

So I'd check with the game commission first if I were you.
