I believe the game commission specially forbides sammich trading with crust attached. Since he wants crust, you may have to send him crust separately and he can re-attach.

Pursuant to this rule, you are prohibited from selling or bartering "...any game or edible parts of game." Unless I am entirely mistaken, game bird feathers are not "game". Parts they may be, but edible parts they are most definitely not. In my view, you are free to barter.

Ok. You send me a paper clip, which just so happens to be holding some feathers, and I'll send FOUR, yes you read right, FOUR sammichs.

Keep in mind, this is a sammichs for paper clip trade.
