Yet you still care what people think about your electronics.

Y'know, only slightly. The phone? Not at all. Yet, my laptop, I like peope to see the dents, the smashed in side where it bubbles out and all the grime and coffee stains on it . Lets 'em know I use it, and not flaunt it.

Phones are just phones, I don't really care.. the iPhone is awesome because its elegant, easy, and acts as a computer in my pocket.

And it annoys you. Can I get my iPhone put on the next Most Annoying...poll, I want to get a vote from you on it.

It doesn't annoy. It amuses.

Don't fear the fruit.

Notice, lowercase f, not capital like if I were referring to Alpo.

Dear God, we know, we know. You pwnd home econ. The question here is not your seamstress ways, but why you had thread and needle on hand? I mean if you said you used a 16 barbless hook and some 8lb flouro to sew up your shirt that's one thing. I am beginning to understand your affinity for craft stores.

I wear clothes til they fall off, there's a needle and thread at my desk at work. This is not the first time I've done that, nor would it be the first time I've stitched my shoes back together.

Wrapping duct tape around 'em doesn't work anymore, I just feel silly, although I had a pair of combat boots I did that with for years until I couldn't deal with the hobnails lancing my heel with every step anymore.

Shoo Goo II. I had some left over from the skateboard days, and it worked well to fix wading boots.

It's real spotty. I was able to find it at wal mart, but I think I had to look at a few different ones. Check the shoe and hardware sections.

k-mart, if you still have one of those around.

Your best bet is to wait until you need something on amazon, and get it there. If you can find it with super saver shipping, just wait until you need something else, then add it on to the order.

Thanks. Will check as my $150 Simms has a heel falling off and their suggestion was take it to a cobbler. Jerks.

I have a time machine that you can borrow. The cobbler only accepts shillings though.

Sweet. That is the exact thing for which time travel was invented.

Edit: Rather than breaking my code of conduct and going to Walmart, I found Amazon had it and it should be here tomorrow. God, I love Amazon Prime.

Ah, yeah, if you have amazon prime then it's a no-brainer.
