How bouts you teach him to cast left handed? Wait, he is left handed. Will you swap it for a silk line and 30 lbs of Omaha steaks?

I'll throw in a caddis float tube (was going to be for the dog), a Hardy Marquis with a bent spool and 3 dozen ears of 'cow corn' I'll pass off as fresh sweet corn. Are we getting close to a deal yet? Don't leave me hanging. I need a switch rod for my trip to Valley Crk next week.

Let me sweeten the pot by saying I won't relay stories of your exploits with the board or your co-workers.

C'mon, let me know when I can pick it up, winrar is me.

It'll sound real nice up until you wake up in a pool of your own vomit, being bounced around the back of my Element and you wonder, "Where'd that $100 go, and why am I so itchy?"

Then, then it'll sound fantastic!

I'll even name the rod Sparky, in honour of you. and engrave the reel with the words Phthirus pubis aeternus, so as to honour the memories of what transpired when I received it. The memories will last a lifetime, or until I break it, send it to Orvis and they waffle on it tell me I can't have a new one and offer me a gift card for a quarter of the value of it. Or, does that only happen to Little Lehigh?

It's Alpo's fault, if he had been a good Christian boy, he would've traded the rods for Sightnymph's meat. But no, he didn't. He traded them for flesh, and the wages of sin, and look at him now.

Look at him now.

And FWIW, I had to google that action up too... You think I can speak Latin? You do vaguely recall my high school career, right? Y'know, when I managed to make it in.

Yes. Yes I do. However I have blacked most of it out. Oddly enough my best memory of you was in Home Economics...

And sure...blame Alpa. Its the American way to blame someone else for your shortcomings.

Way to make me sound like a hero, dude.

I owe Home Ec a major point over the years, I can sew better than any womern I've ever been with, and this very morning had to make an emergency mend on my shirt utilizing a basic running stitch. Thanks, Mrs Kershner! And the other one, whomever you were.

Good thing they don't sell too many costumes then, eh?

But, on the latter half of that, yeah, I know all about Orvis customer service... Is my reel in, YET?!

C'mon, Friday afternoon. I need it by Friday afternoon, not even joking. I gave Charlie crap last week, and I'm in acual need of this thing, now.

(although, I'm pretty sure it'll play backup to the Medalist, I think I've made an unofficial goal to catch every game species I can try for on a Medalist at least once)
