That's a sweet deal. Got my wife a Cannon DSLR last year and she loves it. Night and day compared to typical point and shoots. It's an addictive hobby though.

This would be a great way to enter the DSLR scene! Someone should grab this soon!

My Nikon D40 is giving me problems. Maybe I should upgrade. If its still available after the jam I might take it off your hands. I have to take my D40 to get another 'memory compression board' seems to be a typical problem with lower grade Nikon slrs.

Phish,
I haven't had any problems with mine. I'm not trying to sell too hard(ebay or craigslist) so it will most likely be available.

The D40 have a 'memory compression board issue' the pics come out all white even with the lens cap on. I'll hit ya up then. I'm gunna see how much it will be to get my D40 fixed.

OK, I don't have any of those problems, one of my PAS cameras had that issue with extreme white balance issues. Now my 5 year son plays with it.
