Looking to buy my first setup and I am on a tight budget. Looking to spend $200 or less for rod and reel. Located in NE near the ny boarder. Would prefer to buy used as opposed to a combo from the local shops.

The setup I was borrowing was 8'6" 5 weight and I felt that was darn near perfect for the stocked trout we were fishing.
