After winter time reading fly fishing books I was recently enjoyably surprised by the "Limestone Legends – The Papers and Recollections of the Fly Fishers’ Club of Harrisburg, 1947-1997" (Stockpole Books). Intro by Paul Schullery.

If you live in PA (or not), Cumberland Valley (or not) and want to know more about Charles Fox, Vincent Marinaro, James Kell, M Craighead, Lloyd King, Gregory Hoover this is the read.
You can find “papers” of the great fly-fishing info value, the friendships and private moments.

For sure, a really interesting book. It offers a lot of insight into the fish, fishing, and fishermen of the Cumberland Valley at what seems to have been a really special time.
