This book is pretty cool. It covers 50 campgrounds throughout the state and rates them for their beauty, quietness, privacy, spaciousness security and cleanliness.
The author also gives a little history about each campground, and detailed information about the campgrounds describing several individual sites in detail for each campground.
Most of the campgrounds are in state parks in this book, and features of the parks including hiking trails are given.
Driving directions, campground maps, and gps coordinates are also given.
Even though with three rahter young children I do not tent camp often, this book still gives me a general idea of the campground and surrounding area fairly well.
