Streamers are my first pick from fall all the way until spring. There are times I'll fish nymphs like brassies and do well in fall and winter but I usually grab the streamers first.

Timely post. 3 of the 5 20"+ wild browns I've ever caught have come in mid September, on streamers.

This year with the high water it has been streamer time all the time, but typically I notice better streamer results starting around now.

I had a lot of action last weekend on wooly buggers, but it was one hit and done, I never landed fish all day.

My go to most days on the water : )

Yep - streamer time baby. Bring it on!
