I like the stealthness, I noticed Sun afternoon I was throwing long shadows right over the stream which certainly alerted the fish.

Great pic! More then worthy of becoming a background picture. The foreground looks like you used a slow shutter speed to give the water motion.

Beautiful stream. A little too much contrast in the pic for my tastes. Blacks are too black and the colors pop too much. I like a little more of a natural look.

But the focus and lighting is perfect, and there's no question it's a beautiful spot. Subject matter is 90% of a good picture and this is a real good one.

Nice. This shot highlights one of the toughest issues we have to deal with this time of year... light! Low angles mean long shadows, and difficulty seeing into and on top of the water. I prefer cloudy (but still relatively bright) days.

uhmm, yeah....unfortunately, this stretch is much more picturesque than productive when it comes to fishing. Don't know why, but comparing notes with some others that know it, nobody seems to have much luck thru there for whatever reason. Just downstream though is a different story...
