breeches drowning

I just saw on Pennlive that there was a possible drowning on the breeches Anyone have any info in case family needs help?

Heard from some friends that a man had either a seizure or cardiac issue, fell in, and was pulled out and flown.

To follow up on the notes above, one of the comments on Penn Live said an individual was fishing and had a seizure. No reports on his or her condition.
