Yow! We switched from Comcast to FIOS several years ago, getting the full package with landline and Internet. When FIOS upgraded their HD, the picture quality with the HD ffishing shows was gorgeous, and I have really enjoyed a lot of the fishing shows on WFN.

Then, at midnight, I got an announcement telling me that WFN is no longer offered on FIOS, but Pursuit 'offers similar content'. Unfortunately, that channel is 90% or more hunting. Does this mean I need to head back to Comcast to get my WFN fix?

Does Comcast have WFN?

wait Comcast has a whole channel about fishing...please tell more!!!

I dumped cable in November, including Sportsmans channel and WFN, movies etc.

save $120 a month and don't regret it.

Fios has continually been dumping outdoor oriented channels. I think you have to face up to the fact that outdoor entertainment is old school. The future is urban entertainment.

On the serious side Fios does not serve rural or even sparser suburban areas. Thus they are dropping what they consider rural type programing. (The nature of FIOS's technology is not cost effective when deployed in spares areas.)
