Awesome River (fish factory), Project Healing Waters is a Great cause and the guys at Bighorn Angler will take care of you and point you in the right direction.

If you win, I'd recommend going mid to late September through Mid October. Less crowds, tons of bugs (trico's, pseudos and black caddis), migrating waterfowl, and less crowds. The Bighorn can be a parade of drift boats and people all summer long.
