Hey where do I find that water level map of PA with the different color dots indicating the different stream levels throughout the state.

Well this isn't the one with the dots for the rivers and streams but it is the one that lists every bit of moving water in PA that has a USGS gage on it. You cand see the current cfs, the historical cfs, usually the water temperature, and the gage height.
