If I added one more it would be an unnamed streamer I found in a book tied using India Hen feathers would on a streamer hook.

Did you forget to list something that floats? You must go through a ton of dry magic. LMAO
 
1. Dries: Sulfur dun, Sulfur spinner, BWO, Adams, Tan Wright Fluttering Caddis
2. Nymphs: Beadhead Hare's Ear, Green Caddis Nymph, Muskrat Nymph
3. Wets: Black Ant, Leadwing Coachman

I am such a lousy streamer fisherman, I seldom use them, unless specifically targeting smallies. Then, I tie on a black Woolly Bugger.
