I'll second the gamble mill tavern - good food, and a great selection of locally brewed beers.
When I want to catch a game though - I head to bonfattos.

I'd check closing times as we got caught in Belfonte after 9:0 pm. Ended at Brothers and was real happy. GG

Pizza slice from the uni-mart. It's awesome (aka just like cardboard). I actually like it.

Otto's by far the best IMO (brick oven pizza is good too) for moderately-priced. Gamble mill might be the best overall, if you eat in the dining room.
If you want to stay in the belefonte milesburg area try Billy's BBQ (i first had it in reedsville while fishing honey and kish). It's in the hotel off the milesburg exit

Finally, a sleeper is Maria's in bellefonte across from the gamble mill. Strombolis are excellent and large

PS gamble mill: you can eat in the bar underneath in fishing clothes. The dining room is fancy. The bar food is ok, but I think a bit overpriced

I never leave state college without a trip to Spat's. My favorite restaurant in town for a long time now. Hot Pepper Pasta is a must.

Take your food with you, there's nothing worse being on stream and getting hungry once the fishing gets good.

It's very, very rare that I get hungry while I'm fishing, but as soon as I quit for the day I'm starving. Funny how that works.

EXACTLY.....I have the problem with not being thirst as well. That always leads me to headaches and dehydration.
