New to PA and want to fish |

I recently moved here from Texas and want to learn to fly fish so that I can fish the streams, lakes, and rivers of the area. I am familiar with fishing, as I have done wade fishing for most of my life back home, however I need to start with the basics up here. Registration, license (sic), locations, etc... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

My suggestion: Find someone in your area that fly fishes, become friends/fishing partners with them, and suck as much information and secrets out of them as you can (best fishing spots, tricks, insect activity)
 The best way to learn is by doing. So, welcome to PA and to the sport of fly fishing.
