wait till he finds out, lol

I thought buying bulk thread, particularly off ebay, was the down fall of the mom-n-pop shops?

Sandfly...........I knew there was trouble coming when a younger fellow i showed how to tie flies showed up with a nice #2 Metz neck and said he got it at Wal-Mart in Somerset , i swear this is true i couldn't believe it.

that looks like kite flying string to me

I usually run some my thread thread through some beeswax and have not had any issues with it at all.

So sandfly is the guy that's stealing special regs signs!!!

I am one of the guys that post the signs....so I get to keep a new one....I have a few different signs for my collection..
Jbaby I'll sell to you if you want some..no returns though....
beadyheaded, lou called wants his flys back...LOL

I was just kidding you SF. You know a lot of the shop owners complain about guys buying in bulk and/or buying from ebay.

Anyway, that's a ton of string thread. In general, what is it?

I know there jmommy, other wise I would have to make a call to my friend uncle louym.....LOL...
the thread is a polyester and could be used for tying, not the best for breaking strength but it works. I tied the one butter worm with it (brushed one). some will be spooled up for tying once I find some spools.
