Meeting was well attended. Slightly less amount of anglers as last year, but much less from the WW community. However, the WW community still out numbered anglers. Some people were there and spoke up for the lake fishery, which was interesting and good to see.

The 2010 Plan is not all that different than last years Plan. But there will be a "clumping" of releases in July/Aug, which means releases every weekend. There will be NO WW releases after Sept 5, with the exception we have a wet year and there is enough storage for the "MEGA" release on Sept 17th.

Release weekends (12 hrs on & 12 hrs off starting at 1AM and ending at 1PM) are as follows:

May - 15, 29,30

June - 12, 13, 26, 27

July - 10, 11, 24, 25, 31

Aug - 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22*, 28*, 29*

Sept - 4*, 5* 17**

* - only if additional precipitation is accumulated duriing the season

** - if sufficient storage is available, ramping down will occur on Sept 18 & 19th

Fisheries - With a Starting pool elevation of 1365 Ft

July 1 - 25 = 100 cfs above inflow

July 25 - Sept 5 = 50 cfs above inflow

For each WW release obtained as a result of precipitation accumulation an additional 50 cfs above inflow will be added starting July 26 (to total 100 cfs). Each WW release obtained = 6 days of additional water for the fishery. Priorities are as follows:

WW events on 8/22 and 8/28 added
-Fisheries releases of 50 cfs through 9/11 and 100 cfs through 8/6

WW event on 8/29 added
- Fisheries releases of 50 cfs through 9/11 and 100 cfs through 8/17

WW event on 9/4 added
- Fisheries releases of 50 cfs through 9/11 and 100 cfs through 8/24

WW event on 9/5 added
-Fisheries releases of 50 cfs through 9/13 and 100 cfs through 8/30

If additional precipitation occurs add 50 cfs fisheries release from 9/13 through 10/17 and Increase fisheries release from 50 cfs to 100 cfs through 10/17

Hopefully the Corps will post a more detailed and easier to understand version on their website.
