Here's a slick site on the art of gyotaku. Turns out it's from a SE Pennsylvanian. Anyone know this guy?

Anyone try their hand at this art? James Prosek gives the idea that it's pretty simple, but I'm sure there's something to it.
 
I emailed the artist and he actually emailed me back, very interesting art work, I'd love to be able to do something like that or own one of his works.
 
It looks neat, but I'd hate to kill a fish for a picture. If there was a non toxic ink you could use so you could eat the fish afterward, I'd try it, but otherwise it seems like a waste. I don't really know anything about it, but that was the first impression I got from it.
