Short version: Montana's very heavy snow pack has resulted in high, muddy river conditions and is negatively impacting fishing related tourism.

What I found astonishing are the numbers: 16% of tourists to MT go there to fish and that they spend the most money, a 38 million dollar industry. Wow.
