Gloomis Warranty

Just some comments on my experience with Gloomis Customer Service. All in all I have to say it was a good deal. I recently broke my 8wt Gloomis rod. I called them last week to see what my options were. They ended up sending me a new upgraded rod and a return shipping package for 50 bucks. All in less than a week. Not a bad deal IMO. I’ll have to do is send them the old rod back.
 
Sounds somewhat painless.
 
I'd take that deal!!! That was pretty quick, too!
 
Orvis did the exact same for me. I think due to the recession a lot of fly companies are really trying to get on board to keep current customers happy. Hell, it's great for us!
