Interesting read on the commission's efforts to change the process of setting license fees.

It's also interesting to read how the commission discredits at least part of the findings of their own 3rd party audit firm. Oh, and don't forget to deduct this firm's fees from the commission's budget.

It certainly makes sense for the commission to have more control and flexibility in the setting of fees/costs. I do not think that they will find a solution to the decreasing license sales, however. Times, they are a-changing....
