Found on little j: nice pair of nippers with retractor

I found a nice pair of nippers with retractor in a parking area near the upper c&r on the little j. They are not the cheap kind, so I figured I would see if they belong to anybody on here. Shoot me a pm with the location on the river and brand of both nippers and retractor and I can mail them.
