Headed out to York today and fished my favorite little stream. I was looking for some of the big browns I saw before the massive amount of flooding we got last week but they were no where to be found. I started off about 9:00am and ended at 2:00 pm. I walked about a half mile and caught 10 browns and lost at least that many. The water conditions were great and I had the best outing I have ever had on that stretch. I took some pictures of some of the nicer ones that are really starting to show some great colors. Take a look at the last picture....It has to be the smallest trout I have caught to date. Does anyone have any idea the age of somthing that small? Caught on a size 16 PT nymph.

Very nice fish. The last last one is probably a little under a year old...part of the 2012 spawn.

Thanks Swattie it just thought it looked small for last years spawn but I have never really had anything to compare it too. I guess I'm just used to pellet fed stocked yearlings being 6-8 inches or more.
