Autumn fishing Philadelphia area streams

I'm looking to get out as much as possible before the weather gets too cold.

I'd love some suggestions on streams in the Philadelphia area (less than 60-90 minutes way) that offer good fishing this time of year. Indications on just how late into the season they fish well would be welcomed as well.
