I was at the fishing creek narrows sunday, and near a big deep run, there was a rock at the top of the hill with something etched on it..

Anyone here responsible? My friends and I got a good laugh.
On sunday, the trout did not win. These fishermen did not win much either, but we managed to fool a few.
