Lackawaxen bug

I'll be posting a full report later about my trip to the Lax but I was wondering what this might be. These caught my eye when I started turning over rocks.

Oh most of the stuff under the rocks were this.

1st two pics are of a yellow stonefly nymph (Appalachian Springfly) and 2nd one is a Golden Stonefly nymph ( Perlidae Acroneuria)

Man i love stoneflys both Nymph and adults.
