Here are some stoneflies that I found at Trough Creek State Park a few weeks back, I believe they are early brown stoneflies (Strophopteryx fasciata)? I'm fairly new in the entomology scene but Troutnut.com is quite a handy resource!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I see, according to Troutnut, why you called it a brown, but I'd venture to say it's an early black stonefly. Those are a very typical hatch all across the state and can also be called "snowflies" as they can come off right when the last snow or two happens before spring.

The nymphs will crawl to land and hatch, so much of the adult/dry fly activity is typically along the shorelines.
