Not sure if I or someone else has mentioned this blog, which is now my # source for nymph information. The guy is quite passionate about accuracy, takes amazing photos and posts often in easy to understand prose. A labor of love, obviously.

There is a search box for ease of use. The only drawback is that it is almost 100 percent nymphs, not adults.

You will have to decide for yourself if these VA bugs are relevant to fishing in your location. I think any Appalachian freestone angler will benefit.

I've seen this blog - it is quite good. It was the only place I could find good information online on peltoperlids when I was looking for them last year. I ended up finding a few in NC PA, hiding in leaf packs.

You mean this guy, quite a few in this area;
then there is this one--
