Old rod holder

Any ideas on how old this might be? I can't remember seeing one of these before. It was made by the Webber company in Ca.

Yeah, I've got a little dial that tells me that, and I've found that my way causes a whole lot less questions than whatever it is you do in dark alleys at night.
