Is any box really waterproof for a few seasons? 65 and still looking. Making one for $50.00 is no mystery....how about $30.00?

I've never owned a truly waterproof fly box. This one I recommend strongly:

I use to scuba dive and do under water photography. I housed an expensive land camera and the key to keeping it waterproof was to keep the o-rings clean. Another key was to add a light coat of silicon grease to the o-rings from drying and cracking.

you could make one for under $20, maybe $15, with a small pelican box (#1015) and some craft foam.
