Well, I just sent my Weinbrenner boots back because they are coming apart at the toe on both boots. They said they were out of warranty but would see what they could do to repair them.

My question is...Does anyone here remember when we discussed this topic when I was looking for boots? I remember discussing it here but it must have been before the newest version of the board software because it is not in the archives.

Maybe someone remembers because they bought a pair or something? Thing is I think it was last Jan or Feb but cannot remember and don't have the reciept. And the Internet business I bought them from doesn't seem to want to look for the record.

Any help is appreciated.

Try your credit card company. If you know the vendor and approximate date, they can probably dredge up the receipt.
