These reels look unbelievable for the price. Any first hand experiences with the reels?

I need to get some rods to put these reels on! :) Time to have that 3wt built.

The reels are fantastic. Honestly, I won't buy one from anywhere else. Just a waste of money, in my opinion.

As far as the Allen line goes,I haven't a clue, I haven't seen any of their products. As far as hipe goes my son was been given $100 Brodin nets only to use one he bought at Cabelas ($19.99) and modified with duct tape. Light, deep basket, perfect shape. If you want the truth about your products give them to the young guns on the site. Something about youth will always tell you the truth. If you want to test a product for efficiency, contact me and I'll have Wes try it out. If you think "Who is this kid that is any better than all of the people on the project?" Well he doesn't care about brand names, he doesn't knock a product down if it suits the pupose of the buyer. The $100 net he gave it to me. For him it's too heavy, the shape is good but the wood creates resistance in the water. It's about efficiency. Hopefully some day this mind set will give him what he thinks he wants.I think fly fishing and hearing your National Athem is WAY over rated.

At some point I'd like to know about your privacy policy. While I know everthing you put out on the web seems to be everywhere. I think it would be an appropriate time with facebook etc, to state your policies.

Thanks for the info on your son. I have testers right now of all ages that give me some great feedback on new products both +/- and I change the product from there. However, I'll keep your son in mind.

privacy policy?.. I dont give any info out to anyone.

Thank you,

Justin

I'm definitely going to pick up a few reels then. Sounds like a no brainer. Now I just have to figure out which ones ... :)

Sounds like you've got it covered. My son has fished allot of rods. His first after his Dads Fenwick was a Targus and it had 2 tips but the rod failed and broke. They were super excelllent about replacing it but my son at the time was competing for a Team USA National and they were a sponsor so I'm not sure they are as nice to the general purchaser but I truly think they are. Very nice staff!. We still have the rod and have to say we won't part with it because it's a good basic rod and it is simply pleasant to fish with. I fish with an Orvis T3 (No I don't need a Helios) and Wes has more than 1 Sage Z-Axis and Sage ZXL rods. He does loch style lake fishing with a G. Loomis.

In the future if we had a week long TU camp of a substantial size for next year, would you be interested in working out something with some rods? NE Pa Region. Can you PM me for details? I'll even buy a rod and reel. While I'm no expert my son always has friends and he teaches at multiple TU trout fishing camps where the kids want to learn. If the rod is reasonable and it's something he thinks is a good rod for the purpose he'll promote it.

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to post a 3D design of my new Trout Series reel that will be ready soon. I'm trying to get my reels to have there own identity from my other series. Its only going to be in the 5/7 wt for right now. The forum pricing is available on my new design aswell.
