LOL, I have a Sage 5wt that's the best 6wt I've ever cast. Sage does tend to underrate some the rods they build, especially the ones marketed to the long-cast afishinados.

Thanks for the link to your site. It looks like you make some really nice rods.

i have a cortland med. fast , and an albright med. fast , the cortland is like a telephone pole compared to the albright , both are cheap rods but they will catch fish in the right hands , the labeling of a fly rods action is kinda like asking for directions how far something is , one guy one the stream says its 2 mile to the mouth of the stream and u walk 200 yds and you stop and bs with another guy and u say hey how far down is the mouth of the stream , he says oh about not even a quarter mile , everybody judges different , get the rod in your hand before u buy it if u can or learn to fish with what you get and like it
