ok the time is getting closer for these bugs to get active and as i notice the pattern colors vary so does any yough expert have any info or pattern that works well there ?

One of the best Iso nymphs is the Prince Nymph size 10-14. Why bother with others when it works like dynamite.
 
I'll second the prince nymph suggestion.
 
I don't know about the yough - but i keep prince nymphs on hand, but i primarily just tie longer, slimmer pheasant tails and add a white strip on the top. To my eye its good enough, but i've seen some better (but more complex) patterns that do better representing gills.
