Will plug Bob Mariotts. Blue Quill is good too and free shipping.

Problem is, when making an order it drives me nuts that a given place will have absolutely all but one critical thing I'm looking for. I'll say that just did an order with Bob Mariotts and it was the first place I've ever gone to online that had every obscure thing I wanted in stock at once. Seemingly every color/pattern option available for a given product.

Here's a pair I use that I haven't seen mentioned.
www.tcoflyfishing.com, and www.blue-ribbon-flies.com.

I'll also through out kudos to the already mentioned www.jsflyfishing.com, www.bluequillangler.com and www.charliesflyboxinc.com. Charlie's Fly Box also has an incredible resource of patterns and tying instructions/tutorials.

Nice thread. Now that I'm into my second week of tying I need more material. I'll probably use Stockard since they support the forum.

One of the local shops near the Gunpowder Greatfeathers is awesome...the guys are hardcore tiers, and are always willing to give advice when needed.

Fly Fishers Paradise is okay online. They have fast shipping but the in store attitude of some of the staff there leave a lot to be desired.

I vote for Blue Quill. I ordered stuff from them on Friday morning and it was in my mailbox Monday afternoon (Colorado to Woodstock MD) with free shipping.

If you want the absolute best quality deer or elk hair that money can buy, call Chris Helm at Whitetail Fly Tying Supplies.

http://whitetailflytieing.com/

Chris is known around the world as THE expert on deer hair for fly tying. Super nice guy to deal with, too.

Hook and hackle is a good place too. Ive used stockard a good bit, but theyre using a new shipping system that slows down shipping. Allen fly fishing has awesome deals on hooks and beads.
