Yough Crayfish Pattern-Question

Hey folks.
A number of years ago when I worked in Pittsburgh I talked with an older gentleman who used to have a fly shop in Greensburg. He mentioned he had a "pinkish" colored cray pattern he tied for the Yough river. Traveled to his shop about a month later and I heard he had passed away and the shop had closed.
Does anyone know of this pattern of have a recipe they are willing to share? You can PM me if you like.
Thanks in advance!!!

never heard of it but it could be something like the clouser crayfish pinkish tan shell (fuzzy foam) and tan or pumpkin seed rubber legs it probably represents a either soft shell which usually have light blue in them and or a freshly moulted rustybrown crayfish i have seen all 3 in the yough but never a pinkish one try it out

Thanks flipnfly. That's what I figured too. Molting cray pattern. I'm going to try & mix up some colors & see what happens.

I would just use this one tied in a light tan/cream color, but then again this is just my favorite crayfish pattern in general.
