I've been watching a lot of intheriffle.com recently. His vids are pretty well made. He also has a "tips and tricks" section on his website with things like splitting mayfly tails and proper dubbing technique, and other stuff like that for beginners. But their are also a lot of other good ones on you tube. Another one that I like but it is step by step not videos is flyanglersonline.com he has a beginner fly tying section that starts with vices, tools, thread, and stuff like that thru easy nymphs and other beginner flies. He also has an intermediate and advanced section where you can work your way up to woven flies and salmon flies.
