Tying Bench

Does anybody know of any good plans to build a tying bench, i would like to make my own

I think the best thing you can is custom make your own. I have used several hand me downs and ended up finding things I didn't like, but others that I did. Sit down and figure out what you like and don't like and go from there. Everyone's tying style is a little different.

Search the net for the one that would most fit your needs. Consider features of one that might work well on the "closest design" and make modifications. As noted, you can develope your own plans, or maybe you can find on-line plans for a few different desks to give you an idea how you might design your own.
