Hans Wellerman's site has and incredible number of patterns.

Flyfisherman's Fly Tyer's bench
(Check out their pattern database too)

Flyanglersonline has a good tying section, I am a big fan of Old Flies and Stuff.

I love the tutorials and pictures section
I wish I could tie a pheasant tail like that.

This is my favorite hatch chart.
One day I am going to organize my boxes according to this chart. Maybe this will be the year, eh... who am I kidding.

What are your favorite links?

Here's one that "ties" the pattern/instructions to hatch information. It is designed for out west, but is still very useful:

This site has some interesting patterns, though some of them only give a picture to help with tying, still....

And another:

Some good help for beginners, with help moving on as well (a direct link to tutorials for one of the sites Padraic linked):

Thanks Padraic & Jack. had most of them in my favorites but didn't know about FOAL. That's a really good site.
