Meat flies

Has anyone else been on a meat fly tying spree? Lately that's all I want to tie. My daughter is 3 and she'll help me ever once in a while. I've always love using big meater flies. What about you guys.

Have always enjoyed tying big streamers for all sorts of fish, fresh and salt.

Big trout streamers are particularly addicting, both to tie and fish.

Tied up a bunch of pot roasts and some tenderloins yesterday.

Tied a dozen or so last week for a brownie trip yesterday. The troots seemed less than impressed. Bumps and turns all day and not a single solid grab. Brown trout are a-holes ;-)

hit them again in the summer at nite.
might add over 30 years of being a streamer nut never found anything bigger than a 2 long shank that was more effective night or day.
