Could someone identify these materials? I am pretty sure the left is some kind of mottled hen, but what is the stuff on the right?

Guinea hen on the left, good for soft hackles. Golden pheasant tippet on the right, used to tail the original Royal Coachman.

Thank you. I have been tying for 10 years, and my father in law gave me a bunch of materials when I started that included 2 bags of these. Never knew what they were for.
