Im looking for stream/river with my girlfriend that I can search for a air bnb near. I was thinking Penns Creek, ive never been there and dont know what locations/city to search in.

For Penns Creek, try Millheim. It's a small village, but something might turn up. There are BnBs around there.

Check out Centre Mills B&B.

Some friends of mine stayed there and really liked it a lot. I met them there one morning and had breakfast before we went fishing. It's super nice.

The Feathered Hook in Coburn .....Jonas Price has an adjoining fly shop.

Arch spring

Center mills b&b. A few miles to milheim and Penns. Private access to a great stretch of Elk creek 50 yards out the back door! And Maria, the proprietor, is a doll.

Maria at Centre Mills cooks one hell of a breakfast, and is one of the nicest people you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting. Bring midges for Elk Creek.

What does the "air" part mean?

All rentals are required to have air inside them. No vacuums.

No it's a site where people list homes, cottages, cabins, or rooms for rent in a certain area.

Airbnb

Handy and sometimes economical way to find lodging in an area, especially when you are looking for something other than staying at a hotel chain.
