Susquehanna county class a?

Just found out I'll be staying the last week in April near Thompson in Susquehanna County. I have been doing research on streams and I'm curious if anyone can give insight (pm) on class a in the area. Many are listed with little info on stream access... Says 0 percent open, 0 percent closed??? We'll be about 1/2 hour from west branch of deleware which I've never fished. I assume the river due east of Thompson is as good as any other area of the river? Don't neec specific spots and strictly c&r. Thanks in advance.
