Moved up to state college for my junior year at penn state and was interested in trying this little creek out for browns. On the pfbc website it says 50% open to the public. I was just wondering if anybody can point me in the direction of these access points. Thanks!

Just go ask permission at the best place you can find. I go ten-to-one they will be flattered you bothered to ask.
