This is probably a shot in the dark, but just wondering if anyone has ever fished the Sawkill creek up in Pike County. My sister just moved up there and i can sneak out for a couple hours. It is listed as class A for browns. Anyone ever fish it? Any info is appreciated. -Kev

Yes, I've fished it probably 6 or 8 times. It's mostly browns, but as you move up stream there are more brookies as you go. It's pretty typical for a Pocono Stream. Access is an issue, if only because it's sketchy. The headwaters run mostly in the Delaware State Forest.

Alright cool. Any other streams up that way besides Toms and the Sawkill?

Cumming Creek and some others enter the river right near or in Milford. All have wild trout. Further north in an SGL there's a Bushkill that flows into the river.
