I had the privelage of fishing with Krayfish and being able to show him some of my home waters. I was fortunate to hook up with the only fish of the day. (Check out the unusual olive coloration on the head. I have see it before but not as much as on this fish.) Really rough conditions and not many fish to encounter.

Hey, thanks for sharing your spots. As a non-streamer guy that's attempting to streamer fish, I've got a way to go. I'm also not a fan of the extended freeze. I can't believe you got me out. You said there were some big fish and backed it. The photos don't do that fish justice. It was close to an even 5 pounds. We'll do it again....once it's in the mid 40's. :-D

There will be more fish next time…Krayfish.

The "Sunday Fish" post was the fish I had bribed for you to catch. I caught him right where I had you sent up the evening before. There were about five other fish active Sunday after sunset. They may have been taking midges OR more likely eating smaller fish that were eating midges…explosions all around!

Krayfish, it may never be above 40 degrees again.

Wow. I love seeing those big pigs!

Krayfish, the mid-40s are happening now!
